PREP TIME: 10 MINS

COOK TIME: 60 MINS

MAKES: 1 cup

GREEN HERB SAUCE

Wonderfully delicious. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tbsps, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsps, red wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsps, fresh lime

  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, minced

  • 2 tbsps, fresh basil, minced

  • 3 garlic cloves, made into paste

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a bowl and fold together until fully combined
Taste and season with more lime juice and kosher salt as needed
Store in fridge, but take out one hour before serving, mixing well.
Use as side to fish, steak, pork, any kids of meat or vegetable. 

Enjoy!

A FINAL NOTE

This condiment works remarkably well with a variety of dishes.

Provide with cheese and toast slices alongside my tomato jam. Or serve alongside frittata and toast.
